We may suspend or terminate access (including accounts and virtual items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, are underage, or for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
